These Terms govern your use of the KandiTag app and website (the "Service"), which is operated by KandiWooks LLC ("KandiWooks", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use KandiTag. If you're under the age of majority, you may only use it with a parent or guardian's consent.
You can use parts of KandiTag anonymously. To claim a tag or keep your post history you create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account.
You're responsible for the content you post — such as photos, videos, captions, reactions, and comments ("User Content"). You keep ownership of your User Content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the Service so it can appear on tag pages and profiles.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, that depicts or promotes violence, or that infringes others' rights; and not to harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
We provide tools to keep the community safe — you can report a post and block a user from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and remove or ban users who violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of an actionable report.
Claiming a physical KandiTag makes you its owner within the Service. Tags can be traded; deleting your account frees the tags you own so they can be set up again. We may remove tags or content that violate these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may, at our discretion and where appropriate without notice, remove content and suspend, ban, or terminate your access — temporarily or permanently — if you violate these Terms, harass, threaten, or harm others, or where we consider it necessary to protect the Service or its users. If we ban or terminate your account, you may not create or use another account to evade that action.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KandiWooks LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and KandiWooks LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these Terms.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
